Docs.decidim.org is the reference manual. It is split into Getting started, Configure,
Admin, Contribute, Develop, Understand and Release notes, so
it serves an administrator configuring a platform and a developer writing a module equally well.
The detail that matters most: the docs are versioned. A picker in the top right
switches between the develop branch and each tagged release, and the instructions genuinely
differ between them. Reading the wrong version is the most common way to get stuck.
The per-release upgrade notes live here too, which is what makes this site the practical starting
point for any version bump — the notes list the breaking changes and the migrations you need to run.
Every page carries an Edit this Page link that opens a pull request against the Decidim
repository, so corrections are a few clicks rather than a support request.
